In addition to New World Development’s existing headquarters in Central, the group has recently added a second headquarters in Kowloon at the newly opened 83 King Lam Street in Cheung Sha Wan, to accommodate the company’s strategic development needs.
83 King Lam Street—the official name of the headquarters—is the first twin-tower grade-A office building in Kowloon West and is an amalgamation of modern design and sustainable features including a 25,000 sq ft podium garden with rooftop urban farming.
“NWD recently became the only Hong Kong company [to rank in] the top 50 of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies by Time magazine,” said Adrian Cheng, CEO of NWD. “The architectural design of 83 King Lam Street aligns with our ESG vision.
