We unveiled the Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2025, and this cohort of Hong Kong changemakers are led by innovators in technology and finance
Seven months in the making, the tenth edition of the Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow list has been unveiled. From the arts to sustainability, healthcare and science, over 200 honourees who made it to our list have demonstrated significant achievements over the past year and immense potential to reshape Asia's future.
This year’s cohorts span nine major Asian markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, mainland China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. We received and processed more than 840 nominations of remarkable individuals for the list.

In Hong Kong, a total of 29 startup founders and young leaders made the final cut to be recognised as a Gen.T Leader of Tomorrow. Many of their businesses and initiatives are driven by science or technology, aligning with the overall trend we observed in the region.

The honourees in the city are mostly recognised for their impact in the Technology as well as Finance & Venture Capital categories, followed by Healthcare & Science. According to their disclosed funding amounts, over 30 per cent of them are at Series A or later funding stages.

Shortlisting individuals for the list requires not only a team of editors but also our judging members—whom we call our tribe—to assess and review their achievements. To continue evolving, we have updated our measurement of impact and developed an elaborate process to evaluate the level and scale of innovation and the positive impact each person has made.
