KHK Land and Bell Textron welcomes a new frontier of luxury living that the collaboration seeks to establish for Anyara Hills

Anyara Hills by KHK Land sets a new benchmark for luxury living in Malaysia with Bell Textron–introducing private helicopter connectivity to the 584-acre sanctuary in Semenyih

While the weather was overcast on Friday morning, the lush backdrop of the Banjaran Titiwangsa did nothing to dampen spirits as esteemed guests gathered at the Anyara Hills sales gallery in Semenyih, Selangor, to witness KHK Land, the developer behind the ambitious township, and Texas-based aviation leader Bell Textron Inc showcase the possibilities of helicopter connectivity.

The first-of-its-kind effort in Southeast Asia sees a luxury residential development integrate rotorcraft connectivity, offering it as part of daily life for Malaysia’s most discerning homeowners at Anyara Hills.

To commemorate the milestone event, a helicopter operated by Bell was brought onsite, offering a striking backdrop for photographs with the VIPs–Tan Sri Kong Hon Kong, founder of KHK Land, and Dato’ Indera Reeno Kong, executive director of KHK Land, along with Bell Textron’s business development director William Dickey, and Austin Bunch, sales strategy manager–symbolising the new frontier of luxury living.

“Globally, Bell has customers who successfully integrate helicopters into their homes and lifestyles,” said David Sale, managing director of Bell Asia Pacific. We look forward to bringing this possibility to the residents of Anyara Hills.”

Echoing this vision, Dato’ Indera Kong added: “Through this collaboration with Bell, we aim to showcase how Anyara Hills offers seamless connectivity across Peninsular Malaysia, all while delivering an extraordinary living experience nestled against the backdrop of one of the world’s oldest rainforests.”

Anyara Hills will feature a dedicated helipad within the 584-acre township, allowing residents seamless private air travel and setting a precedent for ultra-exclusive living comparable to that found in the Hamptons or the Mediterranean.

While the helipad is the development’s most headline-grabbing feature–and one that is also expected to enhance long-term investment value for discerning buyers–Anyara Hills also reflects a broader shift in what today’s ultra-wealthy seek: not merely grandeur, but privacy, wellness, and sanctuary living for multi-generational families.

The low-density township offers one-acre freehold plots for bespoke residences, each framed by sweeping panoramas of the Banjaran Titiwangsa—the world’s third-oldest rainforest.

With more than 70 percent of its masterplan dedicated to open green space, the township also integrates wellness-focused amenities: ten shimmering private lakes, a natural hot spring spa inspired by Japanese onsen traditions, jogging trails shaded by towering trees, and a 10-acre lifestyle hub designed for curated modern experiences.
