The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch Kris Jenner is selling the California mansion that has been the backdrop for their first reality show, which launched the TV family into stardom
Kris Jenner is selling the original Keeping Up With the Kardashians mansion for US$13.5 million.
The 8,860 sq ft home, which has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, sits on a 1.55-acre plot in Hidden Hills in Los Angeles County. It has been the backdrop of the reality TV show that launched Jenner and her Kardashian-Jenner brood—Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie and sometimes Rob, as well as their children—in the spotlight and made them some the most famous media personalities in the world.
The home features a grand double staircase in its foyer, a sprawling kitchen and a pool; the master bedroom has a fireplace, bar, spa-inspired bathroom, private gym and balcony—all sights no doubt familiar to fans of the show. It is located in an exclusive gated community that offers shared amenities like a spa and tennis courts.
Jenner, who reportedly owns multiple properties, told the New York Times earlier in the month, “I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.”
