Dubai’s Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, located in what is set to become the world’s tallest residential building, is now on the market.
A partnership between the Dubai-based real estate developer Binghatti and the famed New York-headquartered luxury watch and jewellery house Jacob & Co, the development—which will measure 557 metres and encompass 103 floors, and is also referred to as the Hyper Tower—is now accepting nominations from clients applying for acquisition.
“At Jacob & Co, we create high jewellery, high watchmaking; we also do accessories. But our essence is creating a lifestyle,” Jacob & Co founder Jacob Arabo, who is often known as hip-hop’s favourite watchmaker and jeweller and has fans in the likes of Pharrell Williams and Rihanna, tells Tatler Homes. “Playing with a different scale, different objects, bringing the Jacob & Co signature to exceptional living—it’s a great opportunity for me,” he says of the project.

I love to create spaces, and to go outside of my usual design field … We love to bring joy, to be associated with the greatest moments of people’s lives.
