Since 1748, Villeroy & Boch has been creating homes with high-quality porcelain and innovative products

A premium brand with a global reputation, Villeroy & Boch has come a long way from its beginnings as a small craft business founded in 1748.

Today, Villeroy & Boch has evolved from a production-oriented ceramicist to a comprehensive lifestyle provider that uses its products to design and shape its customers’ homes worldwide. Twenty twenty-three marks the heritage brand’s 275th year, a remarkable journey of continued renewal and innovation.

CREATING HOMES

Since 1748, Villeroy & Boch has been creating high quality porcelain and contributed to the democratisation of the bathroom through their innovative products.

This was achieved by imbuing its products with good design, which is simultaneously revolutionary yet timeless—and always with what it takes to become a classic.

Indeed the bathroom has long gone from just fulfilling its basic function to becoming a feel-good oasis. Villeroy & Boch has been responsible for furthering this with a diverse product range that doesn’t just make the bathroom more functional but also more beautiful.

Often collaborating with world-renowned designers, shape, texture and colour are used to create a nearly unlimited number of permutations for their clientele. At the same time, an expanding portfolio of furniture and accessories completes the design language.

Villeroy & Boch’s Finion range is a case in point. Here, pure design meets sophisticated technology using premium materials such as TitanCeram ceramic to create a truly individualistic bathroom.

The always evolving Subway range is another prime example. Now in its third iteration, Subway 3.0 was designed to future-proof the family bathroom with the patent-pending TwistFlush toilet that saves water with every flush, long-lasting materials, smart functions and timelessly beautiful design.

Further innovations throughout Villeroy & Boch’s Bathroom and Wellness range include using a unique material like Quaryl. Robust, durable yet non-porous and smooth with a tactile quality, this exclusive material sets new standards in product design.
