1. Valentine’s Day menu at Mosella

Above Mosella
Tucked within the hotel’s Forest Terrace is Mosella, one of the most stylish restaurants to open in Singapore in recent memory, making for the perfect backdrop to your Valentine’s Day dinner. Indeed, each dish on the five-course menu available on February 14 and 17 is inspired by vignettes of a budding romantic love, which might get you and your partner to take a stroll down memory lane yourselves.
Take, for instance, the first course, “Love at First Sight”. Under the hands of Mosella’s chefs, this pivotal moment is rendered as rich as the foie gras in the “panna cotta”, balanced by the sweetness of peach, vanilla bourbon and sourdough. Meanwhile, “The First Kiss” is light and spirited, reflected in a hamachi and green apple tartare that’s delicate and refreshing with celery, ponzu, and Oscietra Imperial caviar. As for the poached Atlantic lobster in a coral and saffron sauce, its subtle yet deep and elegant profiles harken back to those profound moments of affection when you’re “Falling in Love”.
It is the main course, “Kiss Me Under the Stars”, that captures the most romantic moment of all. It stars an MB5 Wagyu tenderloin, served with thyme jus, root vegetables, celeriac and black truffle, making for a dish that’s indulgent and bursting with flavour—just like a magical kiss under the stars. The meal rounds off with a dessert titled “My Sweetheart”, a cherry-forward creation with 66 per cent Caribe chocolate and pistachio for a tart yet decadent treat.
Elevating the meal is a wine pairing with an optional top-up, curated to accompany each course in the menu—only available on February 14 and 17.

2. Romance in Bloom staycation

Above Three-course dinner in the premier balcony king room for Valentine’s Day
Couples looking to take their Valentine’s Day celebration even further will love Pan Pacific Orchard’s staycation package, which offers a night of luxury and romance in its premier balcony king room. Be firstly welcomed by a welcome bottle of champagne, before heading out for a pampering spa treatment at 25 per cent off.
Return to the room for dinner on the balcony, where you’ll be serenaded by live music as you indulge in a three-course dinner. An heirloom tomato dish with burrata whets the palate suitably, before going into moreish mains like the grilled A5 Wagyu striploin and baked king prawns. A grand heart-shaped cake with cassis mousse ends the meal on a sweet note, one that’s as saccharine as your affection for your partner. With the option of a private breakfast in bed or a buffet at Mosella in the morning, a perfect Valentine’s Day celebration is guaranteed here.
