Helmed by Chef Akane Eno, this kappo restaurant weaves authentic Japanese flavours, driven by quality seasonal ingredients, into intimate personal celebrations of the passing encounter between chef and diner. Working closely with its farmers and diners, its new sanpō yoshi menu presents a contemporary take on kappo, while helping to nurture a pattern of giving and gaining with suppliers and guests. Eno combines unconventional elements such as curry leaves and cream cheese with Japanese cooking techniques. Its menu consists of different dimensions of familiar flavours, creating a unique experience for its diners.
 
Available from now until October 15, its sanpō yoshi menu includes selected dishes which use special ingredients such as Iga beef and golden ikura, with a part of its proceeds from the menu going back to industry partners.  Book here.

The Fullerton Hotels Singapore has curated the Pink Afternoon Tea in support of Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF), available throughout the month of October. Served at The Courtyard, located at the Fullerton Hotel Singapore, and The Landing Point, located at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, this afternoon tea set hopes to deepen the awareness of the illness amongst guests while raising funds to contribute meaningfully to the community.
 
Drawing inspiration from the iconic pink ribbon that symbolises the foundation, this set provides guests with an array of rose-hued creations dreamed up by executive pastry chef Siddharth Prabhu and his team. 3. Hashida Singapore

Making a glorious comeback, Hashida Singapore returns to Singapore’s omakase dining scene, for the third time, offering traditional Japanese dishes with a contemporary twist. Following the philosophy of Shu Ha Ri, an ancient Japanese martial arts concept, Hashida hopes to transcend tradition in an innovative way through its dishes.  
 
Its meticulously crafted omakase menu showcases the season’s best ingredients. Highlights include the chutoro (fatty tuna), aji (horse mackerel) and hand-carved otoro (fattiest part of the tuna). Its signature hand-carved otoro has glorious marbling, creating a buttery sensation, melting in your mouth as you eat it. With strict safety measures in place, the culinary team continues to dish out its lavish weekend brunch spread. Spend a leisurely afternoon savouring the freshest marine creatures, including seasonal oysters, king crab and Maine lobsters. To commemorate its 30th birthday, Soup Restaurant is offering an anniversary set, comprising of its classics with a modern twist.
 
This extensive spread features its classic favourites, with a modern twist. Offers such as ah ma baby ribs with steamed mantou, and homemade tofu with trio eggs and dried scallop are new renditions of its nostalgic dishes, once sold at its very first outlet in Chinatown. Braised and simmered for a total of six hours, its ah ma baby ribs are tender and juicy, complemented well with soft and fluffy mantou buns. Book here.
