The eponymous restaurant of sushi chef-owner Kenjiro “Hatch” Hashida spoils customers with a lavish meal filled with an assortment of authentic Japanese cuisine

Hashida Singapore offers a dining experience that puts the spotlight on seasonal ingredients. Here, fish are delivered five times a week, ensuring freshness in each bite. Pace yourself as the omakase menu is extensive. Following appetisers to tantalise the palate, the meal begins with seasonal sashimi cuts paired with two types of wasabi. Then, expect a range of skilfully prepared sushi including kinmedai, isaki,(chicken grunt), and yellow striped butter fish. You’ll want to save room for signatures, too, like the freshly made tamagoyaki, buttery otoro  and the rich tachiuo (beltfish) and uni handroll.  The restaurant’s vibrant and inviting atmosphere completes the dining experience. A refreshing departure from the often austere décor typical of traditional Japanese restaurants, Hashida Singapore boasts dining rooms complete with textured ceilings reminiscent of the moon. Service is attentive yet unobtrusive, with servers offering insight into the dishes, enhancing the overall meal.
