Held at The Reading Room, the Ramadan buffet menu is curated by executive sous chef Azizi Taslim
Every year, during Ramadan, The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur hosts an annual Warisan Melayu buffet, featuring dishes from each of Malaysia’s 14 states. Celebrating culinary traditions and the country’s rich local culture, the gastronomic spread even features indigenous ingredients such as herbs, fruits, and flowers.
From 6:30pm daily until the end of Ramadan, guests have the opportunity to indulge in this Ramadan buffet feast, which pays homage to the traditions practised by Malaysians. Curated by executive sous chef Azizi Taslim and his team, dishes often rotate, giving one a unique experience upon each visit.
