The restaurant will serve appetisers of Caprese salad, bruschetta, and carpaccio, followed by substantial plates of slow-cooked Iberico rack with garlic potatoes and an assortment of grilled seafood. Celebrating its first Easter, Hotel Indigo is set to host a festive afternoon tea on March 31. The hotel will infuse a selection of traditional Easter treats with local flavours.
