You won’t want to miss the 2023 edition of Off Menu this November 3-5

You’re invited to an unparalleled dining experience that combines the skills of five of the nation’s top chefs with five of Singapore’s most celebrated talents. For the first time, Tatler Dining will be inviting some of the most creative chefs from the Lion City of Singapore to participate alongside our homegrown stars.

Paired up, these chefs will work together to exchange ideas and experiences before splitting up to create something the public has never seen before—something off-menu.

Held over three days from November 3-5, 2023, in partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board, this year’s gastronomic affair will carry the vibrant theme of Souk Bazaar.

We promise a weekend you won't experience anywhere else. Each Malaysian chef will be paired with a Singaporean chef to work as partners. Every chef will take inspiration from the respective partner restaurant to recreate an ancient dish from a region along the Silk Road. These dishes have never been seen before and will only be available at Tatler Dining’s Off Menu 2023.

We’re also introducing a brand new venue partner for this event—Sentul Depot, Kuala Lumpur, which will be transformed for the weekend in line with our theme. You're in for an unforgettable time as drinks will be flowing from Hennessy VSOP, Chandon Garden Spritz, and Minuty, our beverage partners for the event.
