Contemporary classic and 5-star brunch at Finestra Italian Steakhouse

With an impressive portfolio of restaurants throughout Italy, chef Enrico Bartolini holds the most Michelin stars in the country. His highly-acclaimed restaurant, Ristorante Enciro Bartolini at Milan’s Mudec-Museu delle Culture, proudly boasts three Michelin stars. 

From March 16-18, Bartolini will take the reigns at Finestra, presenting a seven-course dinner with seatings at 6pm and 7pm. True to Finestra’s knack for Sunday brunch, Bartolini will then offer a 5-star brunch buffet with chef René Frank on the 19th of March, 11.30am.

Drawing from his unique German-Japanese heritage, chef Tohru Nakamura stuns diners with inimitable artistry and culinary sensibilities at his restaurant, Schreiberei. Found along the historic roads of Munich, Schreiberei earned its two Michelin stars just three months after opening.

Dinner with The Demon Chef and a "Demonic eat-all-you-can" dim sum at Red Lantern

Alvin Leung is famously dubbed "The Demon Chef", known for his modern, no-holds-barred interpretations of Chinese food—so much so that his groundbreaking two-Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant, Bo Innovation, is widely regarded as the birthplace of X-Treme Chinese cuisine. Once a molecular engineer, the self-taught chef is a fearless culinary force to say the least, taking his rock-and-roll attitude to top kitchens, and even on television shows like MasterChef Canada.

At Red Lantern, prepare to be wowed by the notorious chef Leung as he presents an 8-course Chinese degustation and wine pairing from March 16-18, 6pm and 7pm, and a “demonic eat-all-you-can dim sum” on the 19th of March, 11.30am.

Hailing from Portugal, chef Rui Silvestre shines a light on his country’s diverse and bountiful resources at his Michelin-starred restaurant, Vistas. Focused on bringing out the best of every ingredient and uncovering its limitless potential, the young talent draws from his colourful experiences in France, Switzerland, and Hungary.

Indulge in a sumptuous seven-course seafood feast and wine pairing at Waterside from March 16-18, 6pm and 7pm, or a seafood brunch buffet on the 19th, 11.30am.

In addition to this stellar lineup of chefs, Solaire’s 10-year anniversary celebration will also feature a group of impressive mixologists, sommeliers, and sake experts to further fortify these gastronomic experiences.

“We are delighted and proud to offer four days of Michelin star excellence,” shares Bastian Breuer, vice president of food and beverage. “This marks the beginning of more trailblazing things to come at Solaire.” Culinary vice president, Michael Dinges adds, “our mission has always been to give our guests the most unforgettable experiences in every way possible . . . For our 10th year, we wanted to go beyond and break our records by conceptualising a bigger and more ambitious offering that the country has not experienced, nor has the culinary world witnessed.”
