For the dads who relish bountiful spreads, Vasco’s will house a lunch buffet on June 15 and 16 of Texan barbecue short ribs, bone-in Australian lamb legs with garlic jalapeño hot sauce, beef ribs in kurma gravy, and grilled stingray.

The acclaimed Chambers Grill is celebrating this occasion throughout the month of June with exclusive festive menu items of premium cuts of steak paired with seared foie gras, all of which will be served with a complimentary shot of whiskey. Those in search of course menus can visit Graze for Italian plates or indulge in Chynna’s offerings of deep-fried wild caught sea fish, braised bean curd with mushrooms, unai quinoa fried rice, and grilled tiger prawns.

Throughout the month of June, Nobu will be offering guests a Wagyu-centred ososume menu in celebration of Father’s Day. Its festive menu showcases the versatility of Wagyu beef, featuring the protein in every course of the menu—even dessert. Expect cold dishes of Wagyu tataki with chilli soy, dry miso Wagyu carpaccio with yuzu olive oil, Wagyu yuzu truffle rolls, and a hot selection of smoked Wagyu shokupan served alongside Wagyu garlic butter, Inaniwa ramen bathed in Wagyu beef consommé and braised Wagyu with pomegranate jus.

Wagyu even finds itself reinvented in the restaurant’s sweet courses with a vanilla ice cream featuring a Wagyu fat tuile and a Wagyu yuzu mousse with raspberry compote. Nobu Kuala Lumpur

Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur is set to celebrate Father’s Day with three distinct culinary offerings. The ritual of Sunday brunch will be uplifted on June 16 at Lemon Garden with an extensive selection of dishes from Western and Asian cuisines. Find barbecued glazed lamb ribs, smoky Szechuan mala beef, roasted lamb legs, and an array of desserts.

If authentic Japanese cuisine is what you’re in search of, visit Zipangu for its Father’s Day Celebration Platter of grilled cubed steak and grilled black cod with saikyo miso. From June 14 to 16, Shang Palace will house a celebratory five course feast of its signature imperial chicken, double-boiled ginseng chicken soup, and an assortment of dim sum favourites.
