For the welcoming of the Year of the Snake, we’ve put together a list of restaurants, with festive menus specially curated by an assemblage of culinary masters, for you and your loved ones to celebrate together. Most of these exclusive menus will only be available for a limited time, so we’d recommend booking in advance to ensure a smooth transition into the Lunar New Year. Lai Ching Yuen, Grand Millenium
Starting from January 2 February 12, Lai Ching Yuen is offering an array of auspicious offerings to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Experience the flavour of culture and traditions through the vision of chef Thye Yoon Kong and his team, with three different eight-course Prosperity Set Menus.
Lai Ching Yuen is a great spot for gatherings, familial or otherwise, to cater to each and every one of your needs. The menu will include the traditional Yee Sang, and their renditions include different variations of seafood, such as jellyfish, salmon, fish skin, and soft shell crab, amongst others.

Jade Pavilion

St Regis
The undeniable significance of tea during Chinese New Year is the focus of the season for St Regis. From now until February 12, they'll be integrating tea within their festive offerings. Whether that’s purchasing the perfect gifting set with exclusive Da Hong Pao tea in The Drawing Room Boutique, or enjoying their Yee Sang, an iconic St Regis special recipe passed down from generations by Puan Sri Sharon Chua.
Cap it all off with a fantastic new year dinner in The Brasserie and their private rooms with an exclusive menu created by executive chef Cheong Boon Fei and his team. Crafted meticulously with a strong attention to detail, each dish is rich with meaning and flavour.

The Chow Kit
Refined classics is the name of the game at The Chow Kit. Available until 12th of February, indulge in a five course menu, starting with their yee sang, featuring local julienned fruits and vegetables topped with wild-caught smoked salmon, sweet potato and taro crisps, pomegranate and pistachios finished with a honey lemon dressing. The next courses are the Crispy Jumbo Prawn with spicy sambal mayo and the Abundance Longevity Noodles featuring yee mee, fresh crab meat and abalone slices in a braised abalone sauce. For mains, choose between the Claypot Braised Lamb Loin Rice with black mushrooms and bok choy or the Grouper Fish Fillet with young mango in a soy and vinegar dressing and rice. To finish the meal, a guest favourite Panna Cotta & Lucky Longan to cleanse the palate.

Headed by chef Jimmy Wong, he and his team have created a menu that symbolises abundance, prosperity, and elegance. Highlighted dishes include their mantis prawn yee sang with rainbow fish roe, braised flat egg XO noodles, and their Chinese New Year Dim Sum options that are available for lunch.

Indulge in three different Chinese New Year sets with the Imperial Spring Festival Menus that are sure to cater to every taste bud. Available for both dine-in and banquet orders, enjoy your dinner in the Roselle Coffee House until the 12th of February.

Usher in Chinese New Year with a modern feast at this restaurant, running from January 7th to March 2nd. The menu stars a Prosperity Yee Sang with smoked salmon, alongside innovative dishes like smashed chili eggplant dip, lotus and celtuce salad topped with scallop, comforting Jinhua ham and bok choy rice, and red snapper papillote with Shao Xing beurre blanc. Weekend visitors can also savor crispy wontons with fermented soy mayo and a succulent roasted aged duck breast served with beetroot jam. The signature Prosperity Yee Sang is available for both dine-in and takeaway through February 12th.
Fifty Tales
In a collaboration with Brown Forman Spirits, Fifty Tales is serving up a modern twist on Lunar New Year traditions with their Chinese New Year Cincai Dinner, featuring standout dishes like Yee Sang with zesty salted guava and calamansi sauce, corn-fed chicken prepared two ways, and truffle-laden Hokkien noodles with spicy sambal.
Available January 4th to February 16th, they are offering a delicious blend of nostalgic flavors and contemporary culinary techniques, paired with an array of delicious festive themed cocktails for you to sip on throughout the night.
