This year, we give thanks to the abundance of Thanksgiving menus on the island
Thanksgiving this year falls on November 25, and while it’s not considered a holiday in Singapore, it hasn’t stopped chefs from whipping up sumptuous feasts we can enjoy with our family. From succulent roasts to indulgent pies, prepare your appetite for these annual delights—available for dine-in, takeaway or delivery.
1. Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel

There is no reason you shouldn’t celebrate this holiday at home, thanks to the hotel’s culinary team who have prepared an array of inspired goodies for takeaway. Customise your own feast and choose from a plethora of American and Canadian dishes from the à la carte menu.
Choices include the quintessential roasted butternut squash, which pairs extremely well with the honey and clove glazed ham, and the caramelised whisky Iberico pork ribs. Of course, the centrepiece is the roast turkey; the version here is stuffed with chestnuts and duck foie gras, and drenched in a sticky sweet cranberry and port wine sauce. For dessert, it’s none other than the truly indulgent maple pecan cheesecake. Order here.
Tatler Tip: Pre-order ends on November 22, 5pm. However, you can collect your orders from November 22 to 25.

2. Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore

This American steakhouse ensures you eat well on Thanksgiving with its four-course set menu, comprising its greatest hits. That means you’ll be able to indulge in the culinary team’s classic original spinning bowl salad—an assembly of seasonal greens drenched in the restaurant’s secret dressing—before moving on to the holiday favourites.
Naturally, you have the roasted butternut squash with baby carrots, herbs, and caramelised pecan nuts, as well as the turkey prime combo. A Thanksgiving special, the dish consists of roasted sliced turkey, signature roasted USDA prime rib and your traditional accompaniments of mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and cream horseradish. Dessert is a pecan nut tart elevated with a scoop of Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream. The set menu is available on November 25 and 26. Book here.
Tatler Tip: Make a reservation for its Thanksgiving set menu before November 22 and get to take home a bottle of Island Easter Moscato.
