Begin the night with classic rum and spirit concoctions, crafted by bar operations manager Davide Boncimino and principal bartender Sam Loh.
Its beloved concoction, Dark & Stormy makes an extravagant return—this highball-style classic is a medley of Hampden 8-year-old overproof Jamaican rum, ginger beer and lime. Tastewise, the concoction is fruity with hints of ginger and spice.
