The pastry shop's sixth boutique concept in Singapore offers its signature sweets and savoury dishes which are best had with champagne
Now that dining out in pairs is allowed during Phase 3 (Heightened Alert), we’re all searching for unique experiences that would make our trip worthwhile. Enter pastry shop Lady M’s first champagne bar in the world, which recently opened its doors at Ion Orchard.
Located on the third floor of the mall, the 44-seat space entices shoppers at first with its luxe and eye-catching design that’s decked out in rose gold columns and illuminated with custom-designed hanging lights. There are two seatings available—the curved horseshoe bar counter for front-row seats of the champagne being poured or cakes being cut, or the main dining area with marble top diners where you can sit comfortably as you savour the cakes and pours.

Speaking of menus, Lady M Champagne Bar carries its full selection of cakes that are hand-made fresh daily. These include the signature mille crepes, of course, as well as other popular favourites such as green tea, rose and pistachio.
To celebrate the champagne bar’s official opening, the culinary team has also brought back the champagne mille crepes. Originally introduced in 2019 as a holiday special, it comprises hand-brushed layers of strawberry-laced pastry cream and finished with champagne gelee infused with Rosé Première Cuvée Extra Brut Bruno Paillard Champagne.
