The short, biopic film celebrates Janet Harbinson’s legacy
The Spirit of 1926 is an eight-minute film that honours the life of former managing director of The Macallan, Janet Harbinson, best known for crafting The Macallan Fine & Rare 1926. The aforementioned spirit is the most valuable bottle ever sold at auction, fetching a price of £1.5 million at Sotheby’s in 2019.
