This latest collection introduces three distinctive blended expressions—each a harmonious reflection of legacy, craftsmanship and artistry. Drawing inspiration from the regal 62-gun salute of the British Royal Family, every bottle represents a rich confluence of heritage and innovation.

Established in 1953 to mark the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, Royal Salute has, over the decades, cultivated a legacy steeped in royal tradition.

The 62 Gun Salute collection, curated under the expertise of master blender Sandy Hyslop—whose career spans over four decades—comprises three special editions: the Royal Salute 62 Gun Salute Original Reserve, known for its deep fruit character and warm finish; the American Oak Reserve, layered with sweet, tropical notes; and The Peated Reserve, which introduces a gentle touch of signature smokiness.

To celebrate the launch, The 13th Duke of Argyll, who has served as Royal Salute’s Global Ambassador for over 21 years, was present at the unveiling. As Hereditary Steward of the Scottish Royal Family, The Duke reflected on the enduring ties between Scottish heritage and the refined culture of whisky appreciation—a connection that Royal Salute continues to honour and share with the world.

At present, the Royal Salute 62 Gun Salute Original Reserve (VND 56 million) and the American Oak Reserve (VND 69 million) are available in Vietnam. Meanwhile, The Peated Reserve (VND 84 million) is offered exclusively through duty-free retailers in international airports.
