The precious liquid is now encased in a luxurious collection of five 1cl bottles—each one reflects a certain mindset or mood that today’s connoisseurs can enjoy with their tribe

Think a century ahead. That has always been Louis XIII cognac’s brand statement since it started making cognacs with a blend of Rémy Martin’s oldest and finest eaux-de-vie from Cognac Grande Champagne in 1874. Fast forward to more than 100 years later and the prestigious cognac house is once again reinventing the way we drink cognac with the launch of The Drop.

The Drop presents the golden liquid in a collection of five luxurious 1cl mini bottles, instead of the traditional 700ml to 1L bottles that we are used to. These are made for the modern drinkers who break the traditions of cognac drinking to create their own set of rituals with a distinct ‘art de vivre’.

Inspired by their individualism and zest for life, each bottle of The Drop reflects a certain mood and mindset—loud, glow, bold, smooth and bright. Having said that, imbibers can easily pick the bottle that best represents what they are feeling at that moment and savour the cognac’s explosion of flavours.

The Drop is more than just reflecting one’s current mindset. It also showcases one’s individuality as each bottle can be customised with their initials and their choice of lanyard colour that allows connoisseurs to take the bottle with them and enjoy the cognac whenever and wherever they are.
