As the birthplace of its eponymous White Coffee, it comes to no surprise that the city of Ipoh knows a thing or two about making a killer cup of coffee. While the general café scene in Ipoh is impressive, there are a few specialty coffee spots that dot the heritage town and brew some of the best cuppas around.

Despite being named the Malay word for ‘secret’, Rahsia should not be kept from any coffee aficionado’s radar. This humble and quaint café serves some of the best cuppas in Ipoh, including its Jingga (salted caramel latte), Debu (charcoal latte), Madu (Tualang honey latte), and Putih (latte). 

For those who aren't into coffee, order its Semesta, a butterfly pea tea with freshly squeezed lemon.
