Whether you like this juniper-based spirit citrusy or spicy, there is a gin that will surely suit your palate. Here are five to look out for.

1. Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin

Those looking for a floral gin should check out the Gin Kitchen’s Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin. Wonderfully clean and refreshing, this expression is a medley of pink grapefruit zest, green cardamom, cassia bark, angelica root, orris root, wild Kossovo juniper berries and organic grain spirit. The gin teases the nose with aromas of citrus and green cardamom. On the palate, it offers notes of floral juniper elements, balanced with light flavours of citrus.

2. Terai India Dry Gin

Crafted with a distinctly Indian profile and character, Terai India Dry Gin has a rice spirit base infused with 11 selected botanicals (juniper berries, tulsi, coriander, fennel, lemon peel, orange peel, lavender, rose, almond, angelica and orris root). 3. Citadelle Jardin D’été

Gin lovers can revel in Citadelle’s latest creation, Citadelle Jardin D’été, inspired by the garden at Château de Bonbonnet, France. A delicate and fresh gin, this expression teases the nose with bright aromas of lemon, yuzu and green juniper. 4. Suntory Sui Gin

Suntory has released Sui—the latest expression made with Japanese botanicals. The elegant gin is a blend of eight traditional gin botanicals, with the addition of three Japanese botanicals: yuzu, green tea and ginger. Inspired by the Scottish seaside, Gracie shares that the expression boasts a blend of Scottish coastal botanicals that capture the “freeing feeling of the sea”. The exceptional bottle offers refreshing aromas of spice, florals, juniper and citrus.
