The refreshed menu is also a stunning selection of authentic Italian fare worth savouring. Crafted by Turin native chef Allesandro Delle Cave, it boasts an extensive variety of dishes anchored on the belief that using premium ingredients (which the chef imports from his native country) creates the right and delicious balance of flavours.
Its signature wood-fired, thin-crust pizzas aside, there’s a bounty of new dishes that deserve a special mention. Delle Cave’s forte are pasta and risotto, which makes ordering the lamb ravioli and arancine alla Bolognese (little balls of cheesy goodness) a must. Both are signatures of his hometown in Italy.
It’s always a feast dining here, and the larger menu is the perfect reason to order additional servings of al dente orecchiette made more indulgent with a topping of foie gras, pappardelle with truffle shavings and the beautifully crisp and tender Milanese veal—to share, of course.
