The famed Japanese restaurant, Nobu, will be making its way to Singapore this May 2022. Well known to be a celebrity favourite, this restaurant is renowned for its creative blend of traditional Japanese cooking and Peruvian flavours.

Co-founded by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Hollywood actor Robert De Niro, and film producer Meir Teper, Nobu first opened in 1994, before rapidly expanding around the globe. Today, this restaurant empire has over 45 outlets worldwide, including Hong Kong, Dubai and Perth.

Nobu's newest outlet will be housed in Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, situated alongside an open-air Japanese garden and bar, while offering immaculate views of the vibrant city skyline.

At Nobu Singapore, diners will be able to look forward to chef Matsuhisa's signature dishes, including the famed black cod miso—a classic Japanese dish that features a delicate and buttery cod fillet generously glazed in umami-filled miso sauce. On top of classic dishes, diners can also anticipate local-inspired dishes.

“Singapore is an amazing culinary destination with an impressive food scene—so many flavours and cultures to experience in a single place. Being one of my favourite cities with a sophisticated restaurant and bar landscape, I am very much looking forward to bringing Nobu to the gateway to Asia," chef Matsuhisa adds.
