With its eclectic first branch now open for dine-in (within a stylish furniture store, no less) and two more on the way, it may just be the comeback of the season. Expect familiar favourites like the sumiyaki udon (stir-fried charcoal noodles with mentaiko, tobiko, and seafood), nihon kaki motoyaki (torched oysters with miso mayo), as well as new dishes you've never seen before.
