Regardless, the dining scene continues to plough on—as we all must in these tough times. Read on for where to make the most of dining out this coming week, while you still can.

Having debuted newly-opened Chinesology, the Mira Dining group is simultaneously unveiling a freshly revamped menu at Cuisine Cuisine, also in IFC Mall. Created in collaboration between master chef Lee Yuk-Lam (a one-time apprentice of legendary culinarian Lee Choi) and head chef Chau Kin-Yan, the Crystal set menu (HK$1,980 per head) is an exemplar of high Cantonese cuisine, showcased in dishes like braised 22-head Yoshihama abalone with black mushroom, sautéed crystal king prawn filleted to resemble a blooming peony, honey-glazed barbecued Iberico pork, and pan-fried A5 Kagoshima wagyu with Japanese pepper.

Aside from the degustation, Cuisine Cuisine also offers a full dim sum menu, as well as a la carte options like braised lobster fillet with crab coral, braised egg white pocket stuffed with imperial bird's nest and assorted seafood, and pan-fried crab claw and braised turnip.
