Delivered to the restaurant daily are wild-caught Atlantic lobsters from Nova Scotia, Canada. Upon entering the establishment, guests are welcomed by live lobsters swimming in tanks.

Try the fresh lobster whole in dishes such as The Original Lobster, or inside a buttery brioche roll in the form of The Original Lobster Roll. 

Beef used in Burger & Lobster classics such as the cheeseburger is sourced from Nebraska, USA. If you can't decide between meat or seafood, try The Surf & Turf Roll, which provides the best of both worlds.

With a second outlet now located in the heart of the city, you won't have to make the trip to Resorts World Genting for your surf and turf fix. Choose to sit at the outdoor dining terrace and tuck into a lobster roll while you enjoy the scenic view of the KLCC park's symphony lake.

Painted in rich shades of red and blue, the classy dining room is adorned with handmade marble tiles and lobster tanks. Impressive metallic lobster sculptures embellish the interior, designed by acclaimed metal sculptor Nizam Abdullah, whose work has been displayed both locally and internationally.

Did you know that each Burger & Lobster outlet has its own signature local dish? Being a restaurant in Malaysia, Burger & Lobster KLCC celebrates local flavours with a signature dish of Lobster Laksa, which sees a whole lobster braised in an aromatic lobster-infused coconut broth, served with fragrant local herbs and springy noodles. Try also the starter of crispy salted egg yolk prawns and calamari.

Guests of the establishment will be provided with a guide book, which details how to skilfully separate each segment of the lobster so none of the sweet meat is wasted. Lobster crackers, picks and even a bib are provided for ease of consumption and to ensure patrons return home looking fresh.
