The month-long festival is one of the biggest events we have seen since the pandemic and it promises a slew of fun and exciting activities for kids and adults alike
From June 3 to 26, the Bayfront Event Space next to Marina Bay Sands will be transformed into an urban lifestyle playground that will feature culinary, musical and entertainment options in the form of Gastrobeats 2022.

Organised by The O4 Company and Hydenseek Entertainment and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), the festival is set to see local and international food from popular chefs and brands as well as live music from local musicians, graffiti art and even an inflatable playground for kids and adults alike.
If you are looking for something incredibly fun to do this weekend, here is everything you can expect from the Gastrobeats festival this year.
1. Scrumptious food to try

What’s a festival in Singapore without food? Knowing how much Singapore loves its food, Gastrobeats has brought together 24 famous hawkers and home-based food businesses to their event space in what is known as The Local Streets.
Guests can enjoy famous offerings such as Haig Road Putu Piring, Ah Lim Nasi Lemak, An Açai Affair and You Tiao Man who will all be showcasing our favourite classics alongside some event-exclusive special dishes.
The festival functions on contactless payment systems so if you use your Visa card, you will stand to enjoy various discounts and deals.
Look out for the dedicated Culinary Masters tent that will showcase menus from some of our top chefs. You will get to enjoy curated menus by former Masterchef Australia contestant and celebrity chef Sarah Todd, who will be collaborating with chefs George Calombaris, Derek Cheong and Genevieve Lee.
From a hearty buri with roe and crabmeat to fish and chips with a light batter and a spicy kick, Todd will reimagine Indian cuisine for guests in a spectacular way.
2. Catch the live performances

Live music is officially back on the agenda and Gastrobeats clearly understands the assignment with a lineup of Singaporean musicians who will play throughout the festival’s three-week run.
Enjoy music from stars such as Rangga Jones, Kidg, Haneri, Bongomann, Daniel Sid and Keyana while you enjoy your food and drinks and soak in the atmosphere.
3. Visit Jumptopia

If you have kids (or are a kid at heart), you have to check out Jumptopia, a giant inflatable playground at the event that is inspired by food. The area features eight different bouncy environments that reimagine a sushi bar, burger truck, a bowl of ramen and even a cup of bubble tea (we will admit that jumping around in a ball pit of ‘pearls’ was the highlight of our evening).
Tatler Tip
Bring a pair of socks if you are planning to enter Jumptopia as socks are a requirement. Socks will also be available to purchase at the event itself in case you forget.
4. Visit the Art Zone

If you have always wanted to try graffiti art, look no further than Gastrobeats’ Art Zone which will feature Graffight, a platform created for Graffiti artists to square off against one another in a friendly battle of style and technical supremacy.
You can enjoy a graffiti battle every Saturday night, no matter how skilled (or unskilled) you are and create your own masterpieces.
