To bring us into Moët & Chandon's effervescent world, W Singapore—Sentosa Cove transformed into a magical world complete with fairy lights, delicious food, and, of course, free-flow bubbly

No one knows how to throw a year-end party quite like Moët & Chandon, which is why the popular champagne brand has partnered with W Singapore—Sentosa Cove to launch the Moët & Chandon Effervescence Experience.

The event, which will be held from December 24 to 31, aims to bring guests to Moët & Chandon’s world of effervescence filled fairy lights, delicious food, and, of course, free-flow bubbly.

Ahead of its official opening, Moët & Chandon gave us a peek of its effervescent world on December 21. The star-studded occasion held at the Rock Garden was attended by local personalities including actor and host Bobby Tonelli; Mediacorp artists Qi Yu Wu and Joanne Peh; radio DJ Kimberly Wang and more.

The evening started on a high with bottomless tipples and an assortment of delectable canapés, before we were ushered into the pop-up restaurant decked out with fairy lights and fitted with an interactive photo wall. After a welcome note by Moët & Chandon brand manager Claire Chabane and W Singapore director of marketing and communications Andreana Soh, we were treated to W Singapore executive chef Henry Jordan's sumptuous five-course menu which included ocean-fresh swimmer crab enriched with creamy avocado dressing, sweet Boston lobster blanketed with al dente sheets of viola pasta, and savoury-sweet Black Forest foie gras terrine.

Throughout the meal, these beautifully-cooked dishes were complemented with unlimited pours of the bright and fruity Moët Brut Impérial as well as the juicy and fruity Moët Grand Vintage.

It was a night full of good food, drinks and amazing company. Suffice it to say, the Moët & Chandon Effervescence Experience was the event we all needed to close a year filled with uncertainties and usher in a brand new year full of hope and possibilities. And with a glass of Moët & Chandon champagne in hand, we can confidently say, "Bring it on, 2022!".
