Welcome back to our monthly wellness events roundup where we compile the best health, fitness and wellness happenings across town. From Rosewood’s new wellness programme for November, to Ocean Park bringing back their wellness glamping packages for the winter, here's where to get your health fix this month.

Rosewood launches The A Team

When: Entire month of November

Where: Asaya, Rosewood

What: Rosewood’s Asaya has launched a four-week wellness series for November where they’ve invited Hong Kong’s top health and fitness trainers to lead classes for Asaya. From yoga, expressive dance, HIIT, core conditioning, callisthenics, barre and more, you’ll recognise familiar names from Hong Kong’s wellness industry including Nike master trainer Utah Lee, Hybrid’s Gabriel Caroll, AbsFocus creator Janice Ng, as well as Rosewood’s in-house wellness practitioners.

On November 27, the hotel will be throwing a sunset party to celebrate The A Team’s closing where participants will be able to attend a full day of workout classes.

Tai Kwun brings back Morning Yoga Classes

When: November 6 to 28 

Where: Tai Kwun Prison Yard

What: Tai Kwun will be bringing back their popular yoga and wellness classes for November under their Good Morning Tai Kwun Urban Recharge II programme. Held every Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 11am at the Prison Yard, you’ll start your morning with a 45-minute Kung Fu lesson led by Balanced Fitness, followed by a 45-minute yoga session hosted by Pure.

CBD bar Unbothered hosts a Fluid Art Workshop & CBD Tasting

When: November 7, 4 to 6pm

Where: Unbothered, Central

What: Hong Kong’s first CBD bar, Unbothered, will be hosting its first event, a CBD and fluid art jamming session where guests can create their own piece of modern art. You’ll be first introduced and welcomed with CBD treats, followed by the fluid art workshop led by an instructor. Afterwards, feel free to lounge around with a glass of CBD cocktail or two.

Ocean Park launches Glamping, Yoga and Hiking events

When: November 7 to December 18

Where: Ocean Park

What: Ocean Park will be bringing back their popular green staycation, starry summit glamping, yoga and hiking activities for the cooler months. The green staycation and glamping packages will include yoga classes (wheel yoga, inversions, backbend yoga classes available) in Aqua City Lagoon, the Grand Aquarium and more. The theme park will also be hosting Brick Hill Secret Unveil hiking events where participants will be led up Nam Long Shan.

K11 Artus collaborates with 10/10 Hope for Wellness Staycations

What: K11 Artus has collaborated with 10/10 Hope to launch its new wellness staycation package, Quiet Time Wellness Journey. Lights Out raises awareness for men’s mental health

When: November 13, 2 to 4:30pm

Where: Lights Out 

What: Hong Kong’s boxing studio, Lights Out, will be hosting a special box and run social event in collaboration with Lululemon to raise awareness on men’s mental health. The class will include a 30-minute box and lift class, followed by a community harbour run, and ending with a 10-minute mindful check-in. Afterwards, replenish with healthy refreshments from Root Vegan.  A portion of the ticket will be donated to The Mental Health Foundation to help raise mental health awareness.
