When the pandemic started, people all over social media could not stop talking about the 30-year-old fitness vlogger Chloe Ting. In her channel, Ting offers a series of high-intensity workouts that promise fast and effective results. 

Ting’s claim to fame is the series of workout challenges she posted on the viral app TikTok. Her instruction videos are typically composed of arm, abs, and lower butt workouts. Today, her YouTube channel has more than 21 million subscribers.

2. Pamela Reif

When it comes to weight-loss strategies and workouts, trust YouTube star Pamela Reif to give you the best workout tutorials. The German influencer’s workout videos are being watched and followed by her 7 million subscribers around the world.

Reif is also dedicated to leading women to a healthier lifestyle; she has written books like You Deserve This: Simple & Natural Recipes For A Healthy Lifestyle in 2019 and Strong and Beautiful in 2017.

3. Rowan Row

Besides being a model and a fashion influencer, Rowan Row also makes YouTube videos that help many people become fit and healthy. His channel provides high-intensity workout videos that his one million subscribers watch and follow. Row also owns a self-titled blog that provides a variety of fitness packages such as bulking plans, abs plans, and shred plans. 

4. Group HIIT

Group HIIT on YouTube is known for its workout plans that suit the lifestyle of the pros and beginners. The group also releases a series of high-intensity workouts that focus more on building muscles and burning fats dramatically.

Fitness guru Emi Wong has gained a legion of online subscribers thanks to her effective workout videos. Her self-titled fitness and lifestyle channel is dedicated to transforming lives by letting people be the best versions of themselves. 

As of this writing, Wong has amassed over four million followers who watch her workout tutorials from time to time. In an interview, the guru shared that she does high-intensity workouts four times a week and especially on holidays so she can cherish the experience.

6. PopSugar Fitness

The team behind PopSugar Fitness is dedicated to making free workout tutorials that help people on the road to healthy living, weight loss, and stress relief.  The group has also launched an app called Active by PopSugar that offers more than 500 workouts from yoga and pilates to dance cardio and strength training.

Active by PopSugar is available on iPhone, Android, Roku, and Chromecast for free.

7. Self

‘Self’ is a group of people who are passionate about making people look and feel healthy. Their YouTube channel, which has already amassed over one million followers, features videos about healthy eating tips, nutritious recipes, high-intensity workouts, beauty how-tos, and fitness advice. 

The group also uploads videos that have celebrity cameos. “[We have] fun and useful videos to help you feel your absolute best,” the group said.
