Zenith and Panerai have released timepieces specially created to help those in need

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In conjunction with this, Zenith has created a special edition Chronomaster Original Pink to benefit Susan G. Komen, a leading non-profit breast cancer organisation that works to save lives and end breast cancer. It was founded by Nancy G. Brinker who promised her sister, Susan G. Komen, that she would fight to end the disease that claimed the latter's life.

Available only during the month of October, the Chronomaster Original Pink is a chronograph with a pink sunray dial powered by the El Primero 3600 automatic movement able to measure 1/10th of a second. Crafted in 38mm stainless steel case, the rhodium-plated hands and hour markers are coated in SuperLuminova SLN C1 for visibility in dark conditions.

Meantime, Panerai will be auctioning off a one-of-a-kind Luminor Marina PAM01501 that is created to benefit Kidz Horizon Appeal (KHA) 2022 in aid of KKH Health Fund, which is part of SingHealth Fund. The watch was  commissioned by Panerai collector Mike Kalwani who is a long-time donor of KHA, a Singaporean organisation that helps vulnerable children in need of financial funding to alleviate their medical expenses.
