What does elegance mean to you? For Longines, its famous slogan reads: elegance is an attitude. The Swiss luxury watchmaker believes elegance is something that can be difficult to define, but is easily recognised like a certain je ne sais quoi. Elegance can lie in the most minute details that all come together to create something beautiful and special.
Certainly, that is the case with Longines’ latest addition to its ladies’ watch collection, the Mini DolceVita. This new watch is not merely a sized down version of the popular DolceVita line that was first introduced in 1997; the Mini DolceVita has softened lines to complement the smaller, 21.50mm x 29.00mm case as well as a newly-designed stainless steel bracelet. The result is a watch with a classic look and modern appeal for a new generation.

The Mini DolceVita is powered by a highly accurate L178 quartz movement, is water resistant to 30 metres, and offers an attractive range of colour options and configurations to suit various style preferences. There are four versions of the stainless steel case, with and without 38 Top Wesselton diamonds set on the vertical borders, as well as with two dial options.
The diamond-set case is available with a new Cosmo circular dial featuring a silver sunray background, matte white hour track, silver sunray inner circle, and a matte white round small seconds subdial, or with a Roman rectangular silver-coloured dial distinguished by flinqué decoration. Both are paired with the new stainless steel bracelet, which is made with 198 links to bring out the jewelled spirit of the watch and provide added comfort to the wearer.

In addition to these stainless steel bracelet references, the diamond-set Mini DolceVita watches also come paired with alligator straps. These are offered in four pastel hues: Mint Green, Ivory White, Serene Blue and Blossom Pink. The colours of the straps match that of the Roman rectangular dials, which are given an extra touch of lustre with gilt Roman numerals and hands that pop with a 3D effect.
For those that prefer a more understated timepiece, the Mini DolceVita collection also includes five sleek references with no diamonds on the case. These come in Roman and silver sandblasted Cosmo dials. Each model is paired with the newly designed stainless steel bracelet or with a timeless black alligator strap. Additionally, the Roman-dialled watch is also available with a striking red alligator strap.
