Under the helm of Silvia Venturini Fendi, the Fendi man’s wardrobe has taken some interesting turns. For the summer of 2022, it comprised of pastel cropped suit jackets and cargo shorts, made to be worn on a beach body that meant business. What would the stylish lads who call themselves fans of the Italian fashion brand have to wear for the same season next year?

We are offered a hint in a teaser video from Fendi, a moody montage of flowers and the sky set in strange colours, made all the more ethereal with a soundtrack voiced by Mariqueen Maandig (aka the musician wife of Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor). What to make of it? Perhaps we can expect a collection of airy, bright ensembles that show the Fendi man’s tender side, with abstract florals blooming across each piece.
