Here's the complete step-by-step guide on our favourite chaotic queen's morning skincare routine (minus the aggressive application)!

In need of a new morning routine to help you "clear your head"—as Rue Bennett puts it—or are you curious about whether or not Cassie Howard's 4am routine from Season 2, Episode 3 of Euphoria actually does wonders to one's skin?

Considering that most of the products we've seen Cassie use in this scene came from Sydney Sweeney's own bin of tools, we have a sense it might be as effective.

Either way, we've laid out the complete exact guide to Cassie's regimen so you can try it out at home.

1. Wake up at 4am

First thing's first, you have to dedicate enough time to do your intricate morning routine, so it will definitely take hours. Set an alarm for 4am, get out of bed, ask your sister why she's also awake at this hour (if you have one), and head to the bathroom for the next step.

2. Shower, scrub, shave

Hop in the shower and wash away all your worries. Proceed to scrub the skin—lightly, and not aggressively—and don't forget to shave if you must.

3. Wrap hair with Heatless Curling Rod Headband

Unsurprisingly, Cassie uses a technique from Tik-Tok to style her hair. She wraps her hair around the Heatless Curling Rod Headband to achieve bouncy curls every day without damaging her hair with hot tools.

4. Apply Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber De-tox Hydra-Gel Eye Patches

Some of us, including Cassie, struggle with puffy eyes early in the morning. To depuff them, she uses Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber De-tox Hydra-Gel Eye Patches.

Start by sculpting the forehead, collarbone, chin, and the rest of your face using a gold electric facial roller. She also uses the Jillian Dempsey Gold Bar to sculpt her face further.

6. Use BearKig's Ice Roller

She also uses BearKig's Ice Roller, which helps with blood circulation, to roll it around her face. She also uses it under her chin and collarbone.

When in doubt, roll it out—again. In the famous scene, Cassie uses Mount Lai Jade Gua Sha after using two other rollers on the same spots: collarbone, neck, and face.

8. Trim nose hairs

Cassie trims her nose hair using an electric nose hair trimmer. This detail, which Euphoria fans noticed, is based on Nate Jacobs hating body hair.

9. Wear the Jenny Patinkin Pure Luxury Organic Reusable Sheet Mask

Wear the Jenny Patinkin Pure Luxury Organic Reusable Sheet Mask on your face and wrap the straps around your head to keep it in place for a few minutes. This sheet mask also helps improve blood circulation and can soothe and cool the skin after all that friction produced from rolling (we know Cassie needs it most).

10. Apply SheaMoisture’s Raw Shea Butter Hydrating Body Lotion

The next step is to keep your body well-moisturised, soft, and smooth using SheaMoisture’s Raw Shea Butter Hydrating Body Lotion. Simply apply it to your elbows, arms, and legs.

11. Spray some Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs on arms and legs

As for the last step, Cassie sprays the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs in Beige Glow on her legs and arms. It covers blemishes, veins, and other skin imperfections.

You may now proceed with your makeup routine and go on with your day.
