Rooted in Christian Dior’s vision, the Dioriviera summer 2025 collection unites luminous makeup and elegant fragrances from La Collection Privée. Inspired by the French Riviera, it’s a considered edit designed to wear beautifully, wherever the season takes you

To understand Dior’s summer collection, it helps to understand the man behind the name. Christian Dior was a couturier who understood the art of living beautifully wherever one went. He adored travel–but not just the destination. For him, elegance wasn’t something to be left behind when you boarded a train or stepped off a boat. It travelled with you. In his world, beauty was inseparable from the art of living–and the Dioriviera Summer 2025 collection carries that spirit forward.

The collection arrives in a complete gesture: colour, scent, texture and form, all designed to evoke the freedom of a Riviera escape. Italian actress Deva Cassel fronts the campaign, and her quietly glamorous presence suggests that effortlessness, while aspirational, doesn’t have to be out of reach. This year’s collection spotlights the Toile de Jouy motif, one of Dior’s most recognisable signatures, as it appears across compacts and fragrance accessories.

On the makeup side, creative and image director for Dior Makeup Peter Philips offers a fresh interpretation of glow. It’s not about transformation but enhancement. The Dior Forever Nude Bronze Glow returns in two limited-edition shades, Coral Bronze and Pink Bronze, each offering a quartet of satin, matte, radiant and shimmering tones designed to sculpt, warm and highlight the face in a single sweep. The powders are housed in collectible compacts embossed with Toile de Jouy right down to the surface of the formula itself. For the first time ever, thanks to an innovative Dior technology, a bronze shimmer highlights the surface of the powder to reveal every last detail. For extra luminosity, the Dior Forever Glow Luminizer joins the lineup in a limited-edition shade: 004 Coral Glow. Infused with crystalline micro-shimmer suspended in a transparent gel base, it melts into skin seamlessly.

For the eyes, the Diorshow 5 Couleurs palettes offer two Riviera-inspired colourways: Pink Riviera, a play on cool mauves and soft brown, and Coral Riviera, a warm take featuring copper and ivory. These are colours you’ll actually use; flexible enough for an everyday glow, but easily dialled up for something a little more polished come sundown.

Lips and nails, too, receive a Riviera twist: the Dior Addict Lip Maximizer comes in three limited-edition shades, a raspberry pink Lip Tint for easy colour, and Red D-Sire, an intense coral red lipstick housed in a refillable couture case. For a finishing touch on the fingertips, two new Dior Vernis polishes–Coral Pop and Sienna–complete the picture.

But it’s not just about colour. Dior understands that fragrance is its own kind of memory, and this summer, three scents from La Collection Privée Christian Dior are given a fun, limited-edition treatment. Dioriviera, Gris Dior and Jasmin des Anges are adorned with the iconic Toile de Jouy print in a range of summer-inspired shades.

Additionally, the house reintroduces its La Collection Privée Travel Sprays just in time for the season, with a travel-ready edit of eleven fragrances. Each scent is now available in the newly relaunched format–a refillable, on-the-go flacon crafted in either black or silver polished metal, engraved with Christian Dior’s initials on the top of the lids and a couture bijou featured on the front of the cases. This new style of bottle can be slipped into any purse or travel bag, made to accompany you, whether it’s a short city escape or something farther afield. Each spray can be dressed in interchangeable couture covers–Toile de Jouy, Cannage, Houndstooth or Dior Oblique–in canvas or leather.

From luminous textures that wear well in the heat to fragrances designed for ease and on-the-go glamour, the Dioriviera Summer 2025 collection offers a considered approach to summer living, the Dior way. It’s not about chasing trends or creating new routines but enjoying small rituals such as slipping a mirrored compact into a handbag and reaching for a scent that feels right for the day ahead. Christian Dior believed that beauty should be part of life and this collection simply offers a fresh way to make that idea your own.
