Enveloping the exquisite space of Creed at Podium Mall, the Queen of Silk enchanted all who graced our private unveilling
On the evening before the House of Creed globally launched its latest and most luxurious creation yet, Tatler held an exclusive preview for distinguished friends and enthusiasts at the Anglo-French perfumer’s boutique in Podium Mall.
Feted into the space by live saxophone music, delectable canapés by Margarita Forés, as well as free-flowing glasses of wine and bubbly, guests got to explore the Romanesque interiors of the store, which recently opened last September 2023, while getting up close and personal with the Queen of Silk.

Renowned for its generations-old heritage in perfumery, the House of Creed continues its tradition of crafting heady, artisanal scents from the finest ingredients with this newest eau de parfum. “We’re ecstatic to introduce one of the masterpieces of Creed, and this time, it’s the queen of all the women’s scents of Creed,” Dulce Concepcion, senior brand manager of Prestige Brands Philippines, told Tatler friends at the recent event. Among those present were Duday Tuason, Mikaela Lagdameo, Kelly Misa, Rissa and Paolo Trillo, Jet Acuzar, and more.

As the perfume’s opulent purple bottle made its way around the room, it was evident that the Queen of Silk’s composition took after the regality of its name. Inspired to create a scent as lush and sensual as silk itself, Creed wanted it to be bright yet soft, light yet warm, and fluid yet enveloping. Spellbinding is certainly one way to put it—as decadent notes of Chinese osmanthus, tuberose, and cedarwood form a seductive floral amber aroma.
“This is a kind of experience that we want everyone to be enveloped in,” Concepcion later added, “and we do hope you’ll fall in love.”
