Singapore has established itself as more than just a regional financial hub. Despite its size, the city-state is home to 4,500 start-ups and boasts a roster of multiple companies that operate on a global scale.

Beyond finance and technology, Singapore’s trailblazers are building businesses that bridge cultures and industries. From hospitality groups expanding across Asia to biomedical research firms advancing healthcare solutions, the honourees on the 2025 list of Tatler Most Influential represent a breadth of sectors in which leadership has made measurable impact.

This year’s list includes notable personalities like Tan Min-Liang of Razer, the gaming hardware company which crossed the US$1 billion revenue milestone and is dual-headquartered in Singapore and California; Lynette Tan of Space Faculty, who has been developing space-themed STEM education programmes; Aarathi Arumugam, president of advocacy organisation Aware, who advocates for gender equality and social justice, and Portugal-based Singaporean designer Gabriel Tan, who has collaborated with the likes of Herman Miller and B&B Italia. 

Their inclusion in Tatler Most Influential demonstrates how Singapore-started leaders and enterprises are pushing the boundaries of multiple sectors, transforming what it means to have a global footprint.

The 100 Singapore honourees included this year were evaluated using Tatler’s four criteria: impact, relevance, longevity and leadership. Each individual has demonstrated sustained influence within their field and contributions that are felt far beyond the little red dot.

Formerly Asia’s Most Influential, the rebrand positions the community to be connected across three tiers: first, the market; next, the continent; and then, the world. This structure provides access to regional networks and opportunities for cross-border partnerships that can amplify their impactful work of those on the list.
