Confronted with the reality that gynaecological cancer remains a major challenge in Vietnam, Chung Thuy Linh founded the Blue Ribbon Organisation, a non-profit social initiative dedicated to improving women’s health through education, free examinations, and early screening. Under her leadership, Blue Ribbon has become a sustainable social enterprise, combining medicine, communication, and art to dismantle psychological barriers, turning silent issues such as cervical cancer into topics of community concern and action. Notable projects include The Secret of Co, a mental health programme for patients at Tu Du, health education activities in schools, and HPV screening for women in mountainous regions.

In 2025, she was one of two female architects honoured with the DIVIA Award, an international accolade recognising outstanding women in the architecture industry.
