The restaurant’s menu is a showcase of Black Angus and Wagyu cuts sourced from Japan and Australia. Perfectly marbled and melt-in-your-mouth tender, you can expect a Wagyu omakase experience of six to eight courses, a beef tongue set served with sides, and a la carte portions of zabuton, katashin, tomosankaku, and more.
We recommend ordering servings of its beef yukke, a take on beef tartare and its beef ochazuke, a rice bowl steeped in tea.
