Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo
An iconic landmark founded in 1864, Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo has been welcoming guests for almost 160 years. In 2014, the hotel embarked on major renovations, transforming the historical hotel into a modern marvel, without betraying its old-world European charm. In late 2017, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II and Princess Stéphanie unveiled the hotel’s crown jewel—the luxurious and most exclusive Princess Grace Suite.
Meanwhile, the Suite Prince Rainier III delivers unparalleled views from the top floor as it overlooks the Place du Casino. By 2019, all the suites had received a complete makeover, furnishing guests with contemporary comforts to complement the hotel's highly personalised service. The hotel is also home to Le Louis XV by Alain Ducasse. With three Michelin stars, it offers sumptuous yet inventive Mediterranean fare. Every corner of this legendary hotel tells a story, promising unforgettable memories.

Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo Wine Cellars
A wine lover’s paradise lies hidden 10 metres beneath the Hôtel de Paris, carved into bedrock. Built in 1864, the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo Wine Cellars span over 1,500 square metres. Guests can explore the hotel’s extraordinary wine collection, journeying through vast corridors lined with shelves of grand crus.
Housing more than 450,000 bottles across around 6,000 varieties, it is the world’s largest underground wine cellar. Represented regions include Champagne, Provence, Bordeaux, Burgundy, and the Rhône Valley. The cellars supply 42 restaurants during peak season and employ seven people year-round.

Café de Paris Monte-Carlo
“Café de Paris Monte-Carlo was the very first dining concept created by our group in 1868. More than a concept, it’s a veritable institution: an essential venue for Monégasques and a must for all visitors to the Principality,” says Stéphane Valeri, chairman and CEO of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.
After major renovations, La Brasserie du “Tout Monaco” reopened in late 2023. The café now spans two levels, with the upstairs terrace offering stunning views of the Casino de Monte-Carlo and Hôtel de Paris. Inside, the café showcases French artistry with its art nouveau decor, restored stained-glass windows, chequered marble floors, and terrazzo mosaics. Chef Victor Marion, who leads this iconic brasserie, describes it as “a Parisian brasserie on Mediterranean soil.” He’s committed to maintaining the café’s rich culinary tradition while working with local producers to keep the menu fresh and seasonal.
The café has also added a new highlight with Noël Bajor joining as the head sommelier. With Bajor and his team of six sommeliers on board, Café de Paris Monte-Carlo now offers an exceptional wine experience that’s sure to delight wine lovers from around the world.
Amber Lounge
For decades, Amber Lounge has been the premier destination for the most exclusive Grand Prix after-parties, perfectly blending luxury with excitement. Designed as a private retreat for Formula 1 drivers, sponsors, and VIPs to celebrate away from the paparazzi, it sets the bar for opulent experiences. Whether it’s fine dining, fashion shows, electrifying A-list performances, or cutting-edge gala events, Amber Lounge represents the ultimate high-end entertainment.
In 2019, Patrick Grove, co-founder and group CEO of Catcha Group, became the principal partner of Amber Lounge and Amber Hospitality. Grove is dedicated to preserving the brand’s prestigious legacy and ensuring it remains a space where champions can toast their triumphs. “Monaco’s nightlife is all about glamour, and Amber Lounge has been at the centre of that for 20 years. We are home to many VIPs, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals. Just last year, Esteban Ocon, the main Alpine F1 driver, celebrated his Monaco win here with five other drivers in tow!” he says.
Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo Monaco
A place to see and be seen, Jimmy’z is celebrated as one of the world’s most legendary nightclubs and has long been the go-to spot for the elite and influential. Over the past 50 years, this iconic venue has attracted celebrities with its energetic atmosphere and innovative programming. Big-name DJs like Bob Sinclar, Martin Solveig, Benny Benassi, and David Morales have all taken the stage here to deliver unforgettable shows. The stylish venue also boasts a floating bar on a lagoon, outdoor tables, a lush garden, and a private area designed by German fashion designer Philipp Plein.
