BMW Showcases Its Newest Electric Vehicles at Its First-Ever i Pavilion Showcase

In recent years, the call to go green and practise sustainability has been louder than ever. We are encouraged to do our part to be more eco-friendly in our everyday lives, from our eating habits to our modes of transportation. 

Singapore has also seen an increase in interest in electric vehicles (EVs), with new registrations this year more than double the rate for all of 2021, according to local media reports. After all, the country aims to develop a greener and more sustainable land transport sector, reducing peak land transport emissions by 80 per cent, by or around mid-century. 

This month, those keen to know more about EVs will cheer to hear that German marque BMW is currently holding its first-ever BMW i Pavilion at Ion Orchard's outdoor atrium.

Built like an eye-catching outdoor pop-up that also lights up at night, the BMW i Pavilion provides the opportunity for those keen to experience the latest BMW electric vehicles outside of their usual car showroom, and learn first-hand why those looking to make the switch are turning to BMW as their electric individual mobility brand of choice.
