The highlight event was undoubtedly Planting a Rainbow exhibition, held at Paragon’s Atrium on level one. Organised by Ikebana International Singapore Chapter 135, the exhibition brought together more than 20 talented ikebana designers in an unforgettable display of floral artistry and creativity.
True to its name, Planting a Rainbow transformed the atrium into a colourful garden with vibrant floral arrangements adorned with intricate paper fans. As they strolled through the serene installation, visitors were mesmerised by the ikebana masterpieces that skillfully melded traditional techniques with modern aesthetics.

The intimate, hands-on session was guided by experts who shared their knowledge and techniques, allowing attendees to learn the ancient Japanese art of floral arrangement and to create their own stunning floral displays. As the event concluded, guests were then invited to Avenue On 3 Café & Bar for an afternoon tea session where they enjoyed a delightful menu of sandwiches, scones, and chocolates. Naturally, every attendee left with their beautiful creations and a newfound appreciation for the timeless Japanese art form.
