Discover ultra-luxurious living at the new Skywaters Residences, housed within Singapore’s one and only supertall skyscraper with unmatched sea views, world-class amenities and a sustainable design in a prestigious address right at the heart of the city
Once completed, the Skywaters Residences by Perennial Holdings will be Singapore’s tallest skyscraper. Already highly coveted by its elite prospective residents, this supertall mixed-use development promises luxury residential and lifestyle experiences, with a sustainable design language and panoramic views of the city and the sea.
Envisioned as a “fully integrated vertical city”, it is an urban oasis that seamlessly comprises uber-luxe residences, grade-A office spaces, speciality retail units, upscale dining establishments and a world-class hotel.
The Skywaters Residences’ visionary architecture is designed by American firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), renowned for shaping skylines across the globe with landmarks such as New York City’s One World Trade Centre and Shanghai’s Jin Mao Tower.
The design is set to embody contemporary innovation and respect for the environment, with the aim to redefine city living and introduce a new focal point into Singapore’s vibrant landscape and iconic skyline.
The modern design language of the Skywaters Residences will be shaped by dedication to sustainability and biophilic principles, with inspiration drawn from bamboo forests. It is designed as not only one of the world’s supertall towers but also “one of Asia’s most sustainable skyscrapers”, with plans for blended indoor-outdoor community spaces.

“Nature and sustainability are the driving forces behind the design,” shares the Skywaters Residences team, pointing to the building’s unique features that “echo vertical elements found in nature”. The development will have over 160,000 sq ft of green spaces and more than 400 trees and 170 species of plants. Through the innovative use of terracotta, engineered wood, and low-emission façade panels, the Skywaters Residences tower adapts to the environment, maximising natural ventilation and sunlight.
As one of the first post-pandemic mixed-use towers in the world, it also prioritises “health and wellness”, adding to the project’s holistic approach to sustainability, and putting it on track to receive the Green Mark Platinum Certification from the Building Construction Authority of Singapore.
Located at 1 Prince Edward Road, the prime intersection between the Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the future Greater Southern Waterfront, the Skywaters Residences are poised to become Southeast Asia’s epitome of luxe living.
Considering supertall skyscrapers’ rarity—there are only 235 in 68 countries—and the limited 190 available units, the Skywaters Residences presents a particularly rare ownership opportunity of trophy homes reserved for the world’s most discerning elites.
