Singapore is a bonafide foodie’s paradise so it’s no surprise that the city’s five-star hotels are also home to some of the best culinary gems on the island. Case in point: Hilton Singapore Orchard. With two Michelin-starred restaurants and a vibrant selection of dining options, this hotel certainly elevates the dining experience to new heights.

Osteria Mozza Singapore is the sole Asian outpost of celebrated American chef Nancy Silverton’s one Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles. Bringing a unique blend of Cal-Italian cuisine to the heart of Singapore, the vibrant spot showcases Silverton’s commitment to ingredient-driven dishes with a mozzarella bar, housemade fresh pastas, and two wood-burning ovens for show-stopping artisanal pizzas. Every meal at Osteria Mozza promises to be a celebration of flavor and creativity—think Nancy’s Favorite Trio, featuring creamy mozzarella di bufala paired with Cantabrian anchovies and semi-dried tomatoes, or the impressive handmade pasta selection such as the cencioni with dungeness crab and saffron. No visit would be complete without indulging in one of Osteria Mozza’s artisanal pizzas that are baked to perfection in a custom wood-burning oven to produce a light yet crispy base with toppings like fennel sausage or prosciutto.

In 1971, Chatterbox’s plan was simple yet bold: to bring authentic Singapore hawker food to the comforts of a five-star luxury hotel. And that they certainly did. Today, the award-winning casual dining spot, located on the fifth floor of Hilton Singapore Orchard,  has become synonymous with Singapore’s culinary scene, offering a modern twist on traditional hawker fare. The star of the menu is undoubtedly the Mandarin Chicken Rice, featuring tender, succulent chicken steamed to perfection and served alongside fragrant aged jasmine rice, and accompanied by zesty chili padi sauce and ginger paste. Besides the iconic chicken rice, Chatterbox also serves up an array of delectable local specialties such as lobster laksa, Hokkein-style bak kut teh, and rendang beef short ribs.

An artsy bar-in-bar concept at Conrad Singapore Orchard

Manhattan is perhaps the most recognisable name on Conrad Singapore Orchard’s repertoire of F&B establishments, having been consistently ranked among the world’s best bars. Now the acclaimed New York speakeasy-inspired watering hole has added another feather to its cap: a by-invite-only, bar-in-bar concept that you most definitely will want to be seen in. East47 is a progressive cocktail bar nestled within Manhattan that pays tribute to Andy Warhol. This intimate 12-seater space space—which opened its doors earlier this year as part of Manhattan’s tenth anniversary celebrations—recreates the legendary ambience of Warhol’s Silver Factory on East 47th Street. East47’s cocktail menu is a testament to its avant-garde ethos, showcasing playful mixes and artful twists crafted by head bartender Antonino Donato and his team. The debut menu, titled Volume 1: High Low, features creative concoctions such as the Tomato Sauce, inspired by Warhol’s Campbell soup print and the pink-hued French 75, featuring red cabbage reminiscent of sauerkraut.

East47 isn’t just for discerning tipplers on a hunt for rare spirits. Its gastronomy programme is equally as progressive as its cocktail menu—capturing the spirit of the cultural melting pot of New York while sourcing the freshest products closer to Singapore. Expect highlights such as the Tomato, inspired by Andy Warhol’s iconic Campbell Soup piece, which features meaty local tomatoes expressed in three textures; The Eggplant, spruced up with Michter’s rye whiskey and a tangy bulgogi infusion; and The Silver, an apple compote stuffed cheesecake crowned with a quenelle of rum and raisin ice cream.
