The first property that the season opens with is founder Jason Oppenheim’s listing: a 6,300 sqft mansion that’s on the market for US$7,995,000. The 8,619 sqft private resort-style residence, which once belonged to singer Selena Gomez, boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a large courtyard perfect for al-fresco dining and soaking in the Californian sun.
