Sprawling properties, high stakes, and lots of drama—the Oppenheim Group is once again welcoming us into their office with season four of Selling Sunset. The latest season of the reality show—or, as described rather accurately by Netflix, ‘docusoap’—is definitely rife with clashes and feuds, but it’s also filled with stunning multi-million dollar mansions.

The first property that the season opens with is founder Jason Oppenheim’s listing: a 6,300 sqft mansion that’s on the market for US$7,995,000. The contemporary five-bedroom home features a state-of-the-art modern kitchen, a master ensuite designed with wood accents and easy access to the balcony, as well as a sprawling lawn with a giant swimming pool.

2. A villa with a rustic charm




This charming property is one of the few listings that Chrishell Stause is eyeing for herself as she tries to find a new residence to call home. The four-bedroom property, listed for US$3,699,000, has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and an open floorplan exposed in natural light. The cosy home also offers an informal and formal living room, a spacious kitchen with marble countertops, and a home office with French doors for privacy.

Malibu is where our next luxurious property is located at. With a US$10,995,000 price tag, this beachfront property is on a 2,140 sqft plot. The 8,619 sqft private resort-style residence, which once belonged to singer Selena Gomez, boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a large courtyard perfect for al-fresco dining and soaking in the Californian sun.


There’s also a unqiue elephant-hedge feature, a gift from Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, and a recording studio that French Montana built for US$350,000, and fitted with equipment worth US$300,000.
The listing, which was given to Mary Fitzgerald, was eventually sold for a cool US$5 million.

Also looking to sell his home for “another one in the Hollywood Hills” is Swedish DJ and record producer Alesso. The 6,587 sqft residence is listed for US$6,495,000, and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Built in 2017, the modern home features a clean white facade that’s paired with clear glass and warm wood.
