Next, on Riverwalk Island PIK, the list of integrated commercial, residential, facilities, and lifestyle destinations continues with Batavia PIK (phase2), Santorini (retail center), Sunset Pier, The Palm Beach Soho & Residences, Rodeo Drive shophouses, Seadoo water sport compound, Mantra Bar & Lounge, and Shipyard (mixed-use building with lifestyle & entertainment center).

PIK2 in Tangerang, Banten, then starts with a different atmosphere at the four-kilometer White Sand Beach lined by international-level facilities from Land’s End to Kimpton Hotels & Resorts, beach clubs, Aloha PIK curated by Arkana (a subsidiary of ASG under Steven Kusumo), Ginza Beachwalk, and Community Park PIK2 (a dedicated event & festival venue). Moreover, this tropical shopping paradise provides a space for the younger generation to keep creating, innovating, and growing—especially in the fashion sector—and contribute to the Indonesian economy.

2. East Coast PIK

Grand opening (Tahap 1): 26 November 2022

Opening (Phase 2 – Extension): upcoming in 2024 (to replace Food Street 2)

Located on Golf Island PIK, East Coast PIK is an al fresco culinary destination measuring 9.400m2. With the tagline, “Tropical Culinary in Town Curated Specially for You”, this destination offers curated F&B options both locally and internationally. Tenants here include Bipang Ambawang, Alba Pasticceria, Alba Gelateria, Spaghetto Pasta Lounge, Johor eafood Porridge, Secret Sushi by Okinawa, Native Tribe, Baekban by Mr. Park, Secret Gelato, and many more.

3.   Community Park PIK2

Located at the meeting point between the Tahang River and the Java Sea where Greenbelt PIK2 and the White Sand Beach become one, Community Park is a dedicated event and festival venue part of the international-standard facilities in PIK2 for residents and visitors.

 4. Hotel Osaka PIK2

Start Operating: 3 December 2022

Hotel Osaka All Sedayu is a serviced apartment within the Osaka Riverview Apartment PIK2. 7. Central Market PIK

Grand Opening: 15 April 2023

Central Market PIK is an eco-lifestyle hub with advanced green technology. 9. Batavia PIK (Tahap 1)

Grand opening: 24 Juni 2023

Batavia PIK is a seaside lifestyle destination with a modern and innovative concept. Highlighting lifestyle tenants to showcase Indonesian cultures, Batavia PIK is a melting pot for the urban populace from different backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures. Located on two opposite sides of Golf Island and Riverwalk Island PIK, this destination caps off the building in Golf Island.

10. Aloha PIK2

Aloha Pasir Putih is a culinary destination on the four-kilometer White Sand Beach PIK2. With a tropical design blending Hawaii and Indonesia, Aloha Pasir Putih brings the best local and international menus to satisfy any culinary lovers.

11. Indonesia Design District (IDD)

Grand opening: 16 September 2023

Indonesia Design District (IDD) is Indonesia’s first, largest, and most comprehensive home and living, design, and lifestyle center. Sprawling on a 10ha land, this one-stop home & living furniture center is an outdoor-oriented mall designed to showcase more than 200 leading brands. 

12. Erajaya Digital Complex (EDC)

Grand opening: 16 September 2023

At 2.1ha, Erajaya Digital Complex (EDC) seamlessly connects to the Indonesia Design District complex and Bandar Djakarta in PIK2. EDC is Indonesia’s largest and most comprehensive center for digital technologies, IoT, gadgets, and electronics.

13. Land’s End

Grand opening: 23 November 2023

Right at the beginning of White Sand Beach PIK2 (Pantai Pasir Putih PIK2), Land’s End is a seaside travel destination featuring rustic-coastal architecture and facilities like restaurants, retail, and entertainment spots.

14. Orange Groves

Grand opening: 15 December 2023

Located on Green Belt PIK2, Orange Groves is a riverside, open green space measuring 1.1ha. This outdoor destination has modern facilities, from dining to shopping, working, vacationing, and gathering spots.

15. Tokyo Market dan Tokyo Hub

Open for Public: December 2023

On the ground floor of Tokyo Riverside Apartment PIK2, Tokyo Hub and Tokyo Market are a comprehensive lifestyle hub and modern market with facilities such as a food court, restaurants, a supermarket, a laundry, a school, a clinic, a day-care, and wet- and dry-market.

 
16. Shipyard

Scheduled: Upcoming in 2024

This outdoor destination on Riverwalk Island is a modern industrial hub for a day-and-night lifestyle. Visitors can enjoy new experiences at sports facilities, restaurants, cafes, salons, F&B, bar & lounge, and nightlife spots.
 
17. Batavia PIK (Phase 2) – Pasar Rakjat

Scheduled: Upcoming in 2024

The compound of Batavia PIK continues from Pantai Maju (Golf Island PIK) to Pantai Kita (Riverwalk/Ebony Island PIK) across the channel. There lies a 3.5-hectare conceptual lifestyle destination, Pasar Rakjat, to support SME tenants and to present an international-level, immersive entertainment experience never seen before in Indonesia. Sitting mainly on Riverwalk Island/Ebony Island PIK, Pasar Rakjat as Batavia PIK’s second phase marks the start of commercial area expansion on the island.

Conceptualized by Hiro Group, Dreamville Beach Club is among the unique destinations located on the White Sand Beach PIK2. Since 2016, Hiro Group consistently presents creative Chinese, Western, and Japanese F&B concepts, carving its name as a renowned F&B brand in Indonesia.
 
19. Millennials Park

Schedule: Upcoming in 2024

Town Hub is a semi-outdoor mall and community shopping center at PIK2 Extension. As a facility for the millennials housing around it, curated tenants include a supermarket, salons, an al fresco clubhouse, and many more.
 
20. Tokiyo Kyriad Hotel

Scheduled: Upcoming in 2025

At the Tokyo Riverside Apartment, Tokiyo Kyriad Hotel is a serviced apartment with quality facilities and services. Holiday Inn Resort White Sand Beach PIK2 is set to become the first white-sand beach resort in the Jabodetabek area. Featuring 180 rooms, suites, and lofts in contemporary style, this resort also offers supporting facilities, such as KidSuites and Kids Stay & Eat Free.

Today, traveling around the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area sees greater accessibility for pedestrians thanks to an integrated system. For ease of accessibility and mobility around the PIK area, the TransJakarta bus route 1A goes from Balai Kota to Pantai Maju, Golf Island PIK. Meanwhile, the free TransJakarta Pariwisata on route BW9 uses a double-decker from Monas to PIK every weekend and public holidays. With the KRL train, visitors can choose the Stasiun Kota stop before continuing on the TransJakarta bus to the 1A route.
 
The Commuter Bus PIK2 shuttle is also available for residents and visitors, going from the Halte Fresh Market PIK1 - Halte Jalasena Timur (Pantai Maju, Golf Island PIK) - various bus stops around PIK2, courtesy of a collaboration with PT Damri Tbk.
 
Besides access from the inner ring road toll system and from the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to PIK1, the upcoming Toll Interchange PIK2 will finish in Q4 2024, connecting to the International Soekarno Hatta Airport and the Outer Ring Road in seven minutes. Moreover, a smart electric mobility device system will connect ASG’s townships from Sedayu City Kelapa Gading – Menara Jakarta – District 8 at SCBD – PIK2.
 
Directories and parking spots for cars and motorbikes are strategically available with road wardens to guide and manage the traffic. More upcoming transport options and facilities in the PIK area will continue to provide ease of access and comfort for residents, visitors, and travellers.
