Ahead of the premiere of the legendary show’s reboot, And Just Like That..., a recreation of Carrie Bradshaw’s apartment will open for bookings on Airbnb on November 8

Carrie Bradshaw’s Sex And The City apartment is so revered that the brownstone where exterior shots were filmed—on 64 Perry Street, Manhattan—is still inundated by fans today.

And now, you’ll have the rare opportunity to stay in the character’s iconic digs.

While Carrie’s apartment depicted in the show was a specially constructed set and not actually located within the Perry Street brownstone, the home has now been recreated by Airbnb in partnership with Warner Brothers Consumer Products in New York City. It is listed on Airbnb and will be available for one-night stays, on November 12 and 13. The offer comes in anticipation of Sex And The City’s reboot, And Just Like That..., which is set to air on HBO Max Originals in December.

“It’s been 23 years since I first stepped into Carrie’s shoes, and now, it’s your turn,” Sarah Jessica Parker, who will be reprising her role as Carrie Bradshaw on the new show, writes on the Airbnb listing of the home. “We’re opening the doors to the brownstone where it all began.”

Every detail of the studio apartment has been painstakingly recreated. Carrie’s enviable walk-in closet, now painted sky-blue, will be decked out with her favourite looks from the show. This is where guests will have the opportunity to play dress-up.

Carrie’s writing desk, where she produced a weekly column for the fictional New York Star documenting the romantic lives of her glamorous circle, takes up a spot by one of the floor-to-ceiling windows.

An inviting reading area, situated by built-in bookshelves that have been painted an elegant sage green, features a cosy armchair that looks very much like the one Carrie bought from former love interest and furniture designer Aidan in the series.

Even though the home’s interiors have received a noticeable upgrade since Carrie was residing there full-time—remember when she stored clothes in her oven?—it will come complete with nostalgic details, like a 2000s cordless landline telephone.

Bookings for the Airbnb stays will be open on November 8 (E.T). Each one-night stay will only set you back US$23—it’s a nod to the number of years since the original air date of the series.
