Il Prix Versailles ha pubblicato la sua selezione dei Prix Versailles Most Beautiful Restaurants 2026: sedici stabilimenti in tredici Paesi, scelti tanto per il rigore e l’inventiva del design quanto per la proposta culinaria.

Il 1° giugno 2026, il Prix Versailles ha pubblicato la lista dei Prix Versailles Most Beautiful Restaurants 2026, selezionando sedici stabilimenti in tredici Paesi. Tre di questi condividono un unico edificio, The Henderson a Hong Kong, progettato da Zaha Hadid Architects, mentre due sono ristoranti Monsieur Dior — uno a Pechino e l’altro a Beverly Hills — guidati da chef donne insignite di tre stelle Michelin. In entrambi i casi, il design è parte integrante del racconto gastronomico. Tre dei sedici vincitori riceveranno il titolo mondiale Prix Versailles per gli interni o gli esterni alla fine dell’anno, consacrando questi Prix Versailles Most Beautiful Restaurants 2026 come mete imperdibili.

Sospeso a 100 metri dal suolo all’interno dello sky concourse che collega le due torri del One Za’abeel, uno dei Prix Versailles Most Beautiful Restaurants 2026, il Nobu Dubai è stato concepito da Rockwell Group valorizzando gli alti soffitti e le geometrie incrociate. Un monumentale sistema di illuminazione corre dall’ingresso fino alla sala privata, unificando un ambiente che abbraccia lo skyline diurno e la vibrante luce notturna della città.

Fondato da Alexander Schrack con interni di Theresa Obermoser, Le Fou stabilisce un registro parigino notturno che dialoga con la tradizione viennese della cultura dei caffè. Il layout si articola in una sequenza di stanze connesse, ciascuna con il proprio carattere unico: dal salotto ruggine a quello dorato con aree private leopardate.

L’architetto Jakob Sprenger e la direttrice creativa Antonia Crespí hanno progettato il Monti a Gstaad attorno alla magnificenza della terrazza montana, reinterpretando le convenzioni alpine con artigianato locale. Divisori in bronzo, che citano tecniche di intreccio, strutturano la sala senza chiuderla, creando uno spazio tra i più celebrati nei Prix Versailles Most Beautiful Restaurants 2026. Il design rifugge i clichè alpini per puntare su un’artigianalità contemporanea che onora le tradizioni locali.

Sempre a The Henderson, Hirsch Bedner Associates ha realizzato Hana no Kumo ("nuvola di fiori") per lo chef Ogawa Masaru. Un santuario di 24 posti strutturato secondo il format kappou, dove il legno, la carta washi e le superfici in pietra riflettono la filosofia shokunin di devozione artigianale. L’illuminazione dinamica richiama i fiori di ciliegio, confermando l’originalità dei Prix Versailles Most Beautiful Restaurants 2026.

L’architetto Tristan du Plessis ha concepito Amura come una foresta di kelp immaginaria. La palette nei toni del verde e i dettagli in bronzo richiamano l’ambiente marino unico dove si incontrano l’Oceano Indiano e l’Atlantico presso Città del Capo.
